Chrysalis
Chrysalis is a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating a pathway to self-sufficiency for homeless and low-income individuals by providing the resources and support needed to find and retain employment.
Chrysalis empowers its clients to successfully complete a self-directed job search with the help of its programs and social enterprises. They are dedicated to expanding their program capacity and services to meet the increasing demand and changing needs of their clients. They provide their staff and volunteers with an environment that values collaboration, professionalism and opportunity for personal growth. While their resources are focused on those most at risk in the greater Los Angeles area, they also serve as a model for communities across the nation.
