ProInspire
ProInspire is building the next generation of leaders for the nonprofit sector and helping organizations effectively achieve their missions. ProInspire is expanding the movement of people working for social impact by recruiting and training business professionals to work for nonprofits.
Their flagship program, the Inspire Fellowship, recruits outstanding business professionals with 2+ years of business experience that want to use their skills for social impact. Fellows spend one year working in an analytical or strategic role at a nonprofit organization. This highly competitive program offers targeted positions with leading nonprofits, monthly trainings with a cohort of peers, a coach, and a network to support career growth.
The second class of Inspire Fellows launched in August 2010 in Washington D.C. Through a rigorous selection process, they selected 12 young business professionals who have a passion for social impact and work experience at leading banks, consulting firms, and corporations.
