We created this PowerPoint deck to help you to communicate the business value of creating a program for opportunity youth at your company. We hope you will use this deck to gain internal buy-in and support for launching or expanding a youth-serving program at your company. While there are many potential business benefits, you know best which ones will resonate with your internal leadership and will respond to your company’s top strategic priorities. As such, you should feel free to tailor the slides and messages to best meet the needs of your unique audience.
We’ve intentionally kept the slides simple to help you quickly and succinctly communicate why your company should commit to a youth employment program. All data points used are footnoted, and the sources are listed on the last two slides of this PowerPoint deck. You can decide whether to keep them in your presentation, or remove them.
